Propriétés et application
L’ addition du TRUPOFIX IS augmente la solidité au frottement en milieu humide des colorants anioniques appliqués sur tannage au chrome ou semi chrome.
La solidité du cuir au lavage et à la transpiration également améliorée.
Le TRUPOFIX IS améliore sensiblement l’ affinité des colorants anioniques pour les cuirs semi chrome et permet ainsi l’ obtention de teintes corsées et brillantes.
Le TRUPOFIX IS est compatible avec l’ eau dure, les solutions d’ acides acétiques, formiques, sels, sulfate de soude ainsi qu’avec les alcalins faibles.
Utilisation
Pour améliorer la solidité des cuirs teints, en milieu humide on les traite pendant 20 à 30 min. dans de l’ eau à 40/50ºC avec la moitié de la quantité de TRUPOFIX IS calculée sur le poids du colorant.
Stockage: Le produit peut être conservé un an à des températures comprises entre 5ºC et 40ºC. En cas de stockage prolongé ou températures extrêmes le produit pourra subir un changement d’aspect pouvant être rectifié en mélangeant soigneusement le produit avant son application.
